The SMSF Association National Conference is one of the annual highlights for the SMSF industry, with over 1,300 delegates coming together for this event. The ‘secret sauce’ to the ongoing success is the high-level of technical content and wonderful opportunities to learn from your peers.
As you can see within the video, it was a big week for the Smarter SMSF team, with both Aaron Dunn and Tim Miller presenting at the conference – Tim exploring contribution opportunities within SMSFs, and Aaron helping to optimise the SMSF journey.
Another highlight of the conference was the Chair Award being awarded to Aaron Dunn – The SMSF Association Chairman Award is awarded to an Association member who has worked diligently to make an outstanding contribution to the SMSF sector. The recipient will be a member who has made significant contributions to sector growth and sustainability. The recipient’s contribution to the SMSF sector is measured against the values of leadership and sustainability.

The conference provided plenty of great insight into a a range of key areas that form part of our upcoming SMSF day events around Australia between 13 – 27 March 2024. Both Tim and Aaron look forward to exploring these topics further with additional information gained from the conference to explore further with attendees.
