Joanne is the Support Manager at Smarter SMSF, but in reality does so much more! Having worked with Aaron for 20+years, Jo has a strong understanding of SMSF topics and helps to develop the document templates, and undertakes much of the testing before product releases. Jo is also responsible for the management of events, such as the SMSF days.
1. What’s your role at Smarter SMSF?
A little bit of everything! But mostly, I keep things moving and make sure Aaron is where he needs to be, when he needs to be, with what he needs to be there with.
2. What’s the things you enjoy most about your role?
Working with Aaron for some 20+ years, I must enjoy everything about what I do. For me, it’s not about what I do, it’s about seeing the way we’ve all grown and the achievements we’ve made together.

Quiet, Caring & Organised
4. What do you do when you are not at Smarter SMSF?
I love to cook and spend time with family, the odd bit of travel and chilling with my dog.
5. What’s the one thing that you can’t live without?
My glasses! I’m blind as a bat without them.
