Like many, the SMSF Day events over the past few years moved to a virtual event whilst we navigated through the COVID-19 pandemic period.  There were many benefits to delivering online and throughout this period we’ve had great support in delivering education online.  However, there’s nothing quite like that face-to-face interaction that is a hallmark of our events.  It was for this very reason that I was resolute in my decision to deliver our SMSF Day 2022 events across Australia – get back on the road and share ideas and strategies that you can go back and apply straight away with your SMSF clients.

The results and feedback from attendees validated this decision – 170+ registrations in total across 5 locations, making these events a huge success!  We’ve had the opportunity to re-connection with long time members, connect directly for the first time with new members, and engage with plenty of clients that generally utilise the Smarter SMSF platform (on a PAYG basis).

• More than 80% of attendees said that the day exceeded their expectations
• Over 93% of attendees said that they would very likely attend an SMSF Day event in the future

Delivering as an online course

We have had a successful run with the SMSF day events, however there have been a few casualties along the way with attendees – people unable to attend due to illness, and even locations where tickets sold out (capacity limits).  Whilst we had resisted the temptation to host this virtually, we have decided that we will now record all sessions from the SMSF Day and make these available to purchase as an online course – we will not be hosting a ‘live’ virtual event, rather pre-recording for you to access at any time.

Please note that we are aiming for the course to be available online from Monday, 22 August.  The early bird price of this course is $330 (incl. GST), with the price to increase to $385 (incl. GST) from that release date.  We do provided the following offers for our attendees and members:

1. Attendees – access is being provided complimentary to you
2. Staff members of attendees – a discounted price of $198 (incl. GST) per person to access the course (for CPD purposes)
3. Members (who did not attend) – a discounted price of $198 (incl. GST) to access the course.
