Whether this is done casually over a few pizzas at lunch time or more formally as a team, it is the ability for all team members to benefit and discuss that fosters the greatest benefit for all team members.
Working-from-home (WFH) however changes this landscape… in many instances team members no longer have the ready-made access to training naturally afforded to them in the office.
After speaking with a number of our members at Smarter SMSF it has become apparent that we needed to develop a solution at this time to support more than just one team member that our current CPD training solutions provide. As a result, we are pleased to announce the launch of CPD Business, a solution that provides access to our regular CPD training for up to 5 team members.
What if I have a team or more than 5?
We’ve created this subscription in blocks of 5, meaning that if you have a team of 14 staff, you would simply look to purchase 3 x CPD Business subscriptions that would give you access for up to 15 staff members. Each staff member will be provided with their own login and will receive information from us about upcoming webinars, how to register and access to our CPD training library.
We can also provide details of team members that attend training should you need to maintain internal training records.
What if I don’t have a team that is less than 5?
We have priced this subscription in a way that it becomes more cost-effective to purchase CPD Business once you have 3 or more staff. Therefore, if there are only 2 of you, it will be cheaper to simply purchase two individual subscriptions.
