This blog post is to provide you with an update as to how as a business at Smarter SMSF we are responding the the current coronavirus pandemic.
As you know, many businesses have instigated a work-from-home (WFH) policy for their staff. We have been closely monitoring Government guidance regarding taking appropriate steps for the safety of our team and have instigated a WFH policy effective from today.
This type of contingency planning for Business Continuity is an area we have documented as part of our Risk Management Policy for the business. We have all the necessary security and infrastructure in place for all staff to continue working, whether at home or in the office.
As technology business, there is very little impact to our members and other than use our Smarter SMSF platform for document ordering and CPD training. In short, it is business as usual, albeit in slightly difference circumstances.
However, given the uniqueness of the current situation, we wanted to advise of some key changes to the business at this time.
How to get in contact with us
As a result of our WFH policy, if you have an enquiry our preferred contact option is via our ticketed support system which is available using the ‘beacon‘ on the bottom right hand corner of the screen (and also available within the platform). This will allow for your enquiry to be allocated to the most appropriate person.
Alternatively you can do one of the following:
- Member and technical support:
For document and technical enquiries you can also email support@smartersmsf.com which will log a ticket through the smarter platform. Your enquiry will be dealt with by our support team. - General/Other enquiry:
For all other sales and general enquiries, please contact team@smartersmsf.com to get in contact with a team member who can help you.
These are very unique circumstances to us all, but everyone’s health remains the number one priority at this time.
We hope you remain safe and vigilant with your health by taking the necessary steps in all aspects of your life. We will endeavour to keep you updated with the status of our team.
Regards,
Aaron Dunn, CEO & Co-founder
