We are super excited that you are joining us as an event partner for our SMSF Virtual Day 2021 event on 30 – 31 March 2021 (‘SVD21’).

We have included a series of tabs here with important information for you to review, respond to with information by due dates and where appropriate access any relevant materials.

 

Key dates to be aware of:

Friday, 5 March 2021

  • Due date for all information list under ‘what we require’ in the sponsor requirements tab.

Week commencing 15 March 2021

  • Online Q&A meetup with representatives to go through Accelevent Virtual hub that the event will be hosted on.  Date and time to be confirmed with all representatives and zoom link to follow thereafter.

By Friday, 26 March 2021

  • Completion of expo booth, including add information list in sponsor requirements tab under ‘what you can add later’.
  • Final day to advise of attendee names for complimentary tickets

Tuesday, 30 March 2021

  • Event day! Start time at 11:00am AEDST with expo opening from 10:30am AEDST.

What we require:

To be provided by Friday, 5 March 2021:

  • Name of primary representative as Exhibitor Admin person.
  • Logo 700 x 350px (for Expo)
  • Logo 700 x 350px (for Lobby) NB. Can be same as above
  • Sponsor URL
  • Exhibitor description (company details)
  • Social links: FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instgram

What can you add later:

To be provided by Thursday, 25 March 2021:

  • Promo video URL
  • Zoom / Accelevents stream link (meetings)
  • Offer link
  • Offer description (can be text, video, etc)
  • Uploading documents to share with attendees (e.g. flyer, case studies)

Sponsor promotion (eDM &socials)

As part of the sponsorship agreement, you are to send an eDM to your database to assist in the promotion of the SMSF Virtual Day 2021 (‘SDV21’).  A coupon code that provides a discounted ticket is provided under the ‘Marketing & Socials’ tab.

We ask that you please confirm when this is to be scheduled.

The SMSF Virtual Day event is being hosted on the Accelevent platform which provides the ability to host an Expo.  As an event partner you are provided with an exhibitor space to interact with attendees throughout the event.

A chosen representative from your company is to be allocated as the ‘exhibitor admin’.  This person will then be able to add other people from your organisation to act as exhibitor admins, lead retrievers, etc for the event.

Smarter SMSF will organise online training (via zoom) to go through any questions about setting up your virtual booth – refer to the date schedule listed under the ‘Welcome’ tab.

As part of your sponsorship of the SMSF Virtual Day 2021, Smarter SMSF is providing 2 x complimentary tickets that can be utilised by staff to attend the live event and access the virtual hub at anytime until 30 April 2021.
