No, our support service is designed to provide answers to specifically help put together advice for a client, whether as a licensed adviser or as tax advice by a relevant professional. Smarter SMSF does not hold an AFSL, nor is an authorised representative of an AFSL hold, and therefore is not licensed to provide specific advice for individuals.
No, they do not expire. This means that you can buy a support package that suits the size of your business and use the support service as the times that you need the technical support, rather than expiring within a prescribed timeframe.
Once you have purchased the subscription, you will be provided with instructions on how technical support questions can be asked, noting that there are multiple ways this this can be done, and then tracked through the Smarter SMSF platform.
We expect to be able to provide an initial response within 1 business day – if there will be a delay in responding, you will receive a response within 1 day to advise of any additional time required by the Smarter SMSF technical support team.
This is ultimately at the discretion of the Smarter SMSF team, using our professional judgement on the issues raised within the technical support question and number of follow up questions in respect to the matter. Smarter SMSF will advise the member where the counter is to be deducted by more than one ticket as a result of the question(s).
