This one hour free live Q&A event will explore the current landscape on a range of SMSF issues including:
- The latest information on LCR 2019/D3 regarding the controversial non-arm’s length expenditure rules;
- An updated on the ATO’s approach for SMSFs with various COVID matters, including expectations for meeting auditor requirements for the 2019-20 year.
- ATO guidance on current matters (e.g. property development), an update on advice under development and other key focus areas for 2020-21; and much more.
