In line with an increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the March quarter, the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC) increase their fees each year from 1 July. All fees charged by ASIC are subject to fee indexation.
Below are the changes in the company incorporation fee from 1 July 2018:

For our ‘Create Legal’ subscription members, the fee for a company incorporation and a special purpose company incorporation will increase from $504 to $513.
For users who purchase these documents on a PAYG basis, the fee changes are as follows:
- Company incorporation – $634
- Special Purpose Company incorporation – $689
