The Smarter SMSF support package gives your business the reassurance of expert support on all things SMSF.

Leverage the expertise of our knowledge and software teams whenever you need them. Via the SMSF platform or on the phone, our knowledge experts will be there to resolve any issue or answer any question relating to our products, the SMSF industry and other compliance matters.

The support package starts from a cumulative thirty minutes of support available for you each month to ask us for technical clarity or guidance on any smsf issues i.e. 6 hours total over the year. “Top up’s” on your support package can be negotiated based on your specific needs.

Too many accounting and finance practitioners in Australia don’t have reliable support to help them navigate the complexities of SMSF. The Smarter SMSF support package gives our members the ability to work through questions and technical issues whenever they arise so they can stay on track efficiently, no matter how frequently the industry changes.

This may involve providing a you with a legislative reference or legal ruling, which you can then go away and review yourself.  Leverage this knowledge with our integrated platform to access ready-made documentation to ensure you are implementing with confidence for your clients.

To start receiving smarter smsf support, simply follow these steps:

  1. Purchase one of our monthly or annual subscriptions to become a member
  2. You will receive payment confirmation and an email to login to the Smarter SMSF platform

There are 3 ways in which support is provided:

  1. Within the platform, you will see our blue buoy in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, this enables you to submit your question into our ticketed support system to be answered.
  2. Email support@smartersmsf.com and this will also be logged as a ticket for your question to be answered.
  3. You can call us on 1300 95 94 76.

NB logging a ticketed call is our preferred option as answering it immediately is not always viable, and we would like to keep track of your questions in order to assist you and other clients in the future.

How does the Support product work?

How long does it take to get a reply?

Generally, we like to aim to reply within one business day.

How will I get my reply?

We will reply to the ticket in either written format or with an audio byte. Where Aaron will discuss the key issues he sees, references to rulings or guidance for you to go away and explore further.
